The hotel's cleanliness was perfect. We were impressed with how well-maintained and super clean everything was, from the rooms to the spa and pool area. The hotel facilities were great, especially the indoor spa and pool with a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast selection was amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and were pretty good too assist us with anything we needed.

The hotel is conveniently located outside of the chaotic Medina but still close to many areas of Old Town, making it easy to explore the city's main attractions. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the Mosque from the rooftop pool. The breakfast served at the hotel is of high quality, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.
There was a small inconvenience with the door lock, but the front desk staff were prompt in resolving the issue.

This hotel is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities that cater to your every need. the Spa & wellness centre is amazing and the massage that I got was fantastic. the sauna and steam room were very relaxing, and the plunge pool was refreshing. the rooftop pool and sun terrace with sun loungers were the perfect place to soak up the sun while enjoying a refreshing drink. the location is easily accessible and the staff were very attentive to my needs.
The only bad thing that I encountered was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times. this was a minor issue and did not detract from my overall experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Jadali Hotel. The location in the trendy part of the city was perfect, and the staff were really nice too make me feel welcome. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and I loved having a private balcony overlooking the Main Street. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, and the rooms, although small, were comfortable. The a la carte breakfast menu and tea selection during breakfast were also highlights.
